What is FFA?

The FFA is a national organization dedicated to preparing members for leadership and careers in the science, business and technology of agriculture. Local, state and national activities and award programs provide opportunities to apply knowledge and skills acquired through agriculture education.

FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.

Membership in the FFA chapter at Massanutten Technical Center is open to any high school student enrolled in the VETERINARY ASSISTANT I or II program. Students who are also FFA members at their home high school may hold joint membership if they desire to do so and only need to pay dues at one school.  Students may continure membership for up to three years after graduation from high school.

Why Belong?
